 The horse bat, which is the main material, has a cordovan layer in the buttocks with high fiber density, and the floor surface has a unique texture and contrast because the fiber quality differs depending on the part.
 The flap is taken from the center of the buttocks, and the deep grain that is unique to this part, and the floor surface has a unique texture of the cordovan layer.
 The processing that Chörds; is good at expresses a natural aging feeling, and the edges are cracked, rubbed, uneven in color, and the deep wrinkles that are formed are used to increase the shadow and depth.
 By hand-painting both sides with a uniquely blended wax, it withstands hard processing, gives moisture and flexibility, and finishes with a matte texture.
 The extra-thick cotton tape is hand-dyed with three types of dyes: mud, ink, and persimmon astringent.
 Since the same color cannot be expressed by hand dyeing, it is a complete one-of-a-kind item.
