 The horse bat, which is the main material, has a cordovan layer in the buttocks with high fiber density, and the floor surface has a unique texture and contrast because the fiber quality differs depending on the part.
 The processing that Chörds; is good at expresses a natural aging feeling, and the edges are cracked, rubbed, uneven in color, and the deep wrinkles that are formed are used to increase the shadow and depth.
 By hand-painting both sides with a uniquely blended wax, it withstands hard processing, gives moisture and flexibility, and finishes with a matte texture.
 The extra-thick cotton tape is hand-dyed with three types of dyes: mud, ink, and persimmon astringent.
