 Details / Hand-dyed cotton tote bag. Flat and slightly large vertical silhouette. The strap is a little long because it is used by hanging it on the shoulder. There are two pockets on the inside, and one side has a partition for smartphones.
 The body and strap are dyed separately. Hand-dyed with ink, mud, and persimmon astringent dyes at different concentrations and times for a tumbler-dry and tasty finish.
 Iron is dyed with ink and mud in advance, and then dyed with persimmon tannin and iron mordanting. The extra-thick straps and ropes reproduce the natural dirty texture, and after dyeing with ink and mud, the persimmon astringency is carefully blown and rubbed in for a natural finish.
 The strap part is hand-sewn underneath and then the dyed leather washer is bitten to drive the metal fittings.
 The rope can be used for decoration.
 * Kakishibu, which is also called sun dyeing, reacts in color when exposed to sunlight after dyeing. You can never make the same color again because it changes depending on the season and temperature. Kakishibu also makes the fabric strong and is said to have antibacterial activity.
