 The body and strap are dyed separately. Hand-dyed with ink, mud, and persimmon astringent dyes at different concentrations and times for a tumbler-dry and tasty finish.
 Iron is dyed with ink and mud in advance, and then dyed with persimmon tannin and iron mordanting. The rope reproduces the natural dirty texture, and after dyeing with ink and mud, the persimmon astringency is carefully blown and rubbed to give a natural finish in the finishing dyeing.
 * Kakishibu, which is also called sun dyeing, reacts in color when exposed to sunlight after dyeing. You can never make the same color again because it changes depending on the season and temperature. Kakishibu also makes the fabric strong and is said to have antibacterial activity.
