The horse bat, which is the main material, has a cordovan layer in the buttocks with high fiber density, and the floor surface has a unique texture and contrast because the fiber quality differs depending on the part. The processing that Chörds; is good at expresses a natural aging feeling, and the edges are cracked, rubbed, uneven in color, and the deep wrinkles that are formed are used to increase the shadow and depth. By hand-applying a uniquely blended wax on both sides and carefully polishing and infiltrating it, it withstands hard processing, gives moisture and flexibility, and finishes with a matte texture.
